What CV screening does
When you're hiring, you don't have time to read every CV in detail before deciding who to shortlist. Curvit reads them all at once and gives you the signal you need to prioritise:
- ✓ Match score (0–100) for every candidate against your job description
- ✓ Ranked shortlist — candidates ordered by score so the strongest applications surface immediately
- ✓ Candidate summary — a one-paragraph read on each person's background and fit
- ✓ Key strengths — where each CV aligns with the role requirements
- ✓ Key gaps — what the role needs that the candidate hasn't demonstrated
- ✓ Downloadable results — export the ranked list as a CSV for your ATS or team
How it works
